Kiajer Youth Empowerment Initiative (KYEI) was established in June 2024 with a heartfelt mission to bring hope, dignity, and lasting empowerment to the lives of vulnerable young people, women, and children across Nigeria. From our humble beginnings, we’ve touched and transformed lives across the country, delivering impactful programs that promote education, resilience, and sustainable growth.
Driven by a passion for service and a belief in the potential of every individual, Kiajer works across rural and urban communities—empowering dreams, restoring confidence, and building a future where no one is left behind.

Agriculture Training and Support Initiative
The Agriculture Training and Support Initiative helps young farmers overcome challenges by providing hands-on training in sustainable practices. It equips them with tools and mentorship to enhance productivity and contribute to agricultural growth.
Education Access and Enhancement Initiative
The KIAJER Youth Empowerment Foundation’s Education Access and Enhancement Initiative aims to tackle Nigeria’s dire situation of over 20.2 million out-of-school children. By providing scholarship support, the initiative seeks to track, reintegrate, and enroll these children across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.
Vocational Training and Entrepreneurship Initiative
The Vocational Training and Entrepreneurship Initiative equips individuals with skills like carpentry, plumbing, sewing, or technology, alongside entrepreneurship workshops, fostering successful businesses and community growth.
